How long takes the handling of the order

Most of our products are made just to your order.

Due to a sky-high demand for bicycle parts, multiple COVID restrictions, worldwide supply shortages and other pandemic-related issues, the lead time on products may vary. We do our best to ship all small orders within 2 week period, hubs and custom anodized products being dispatched in 2-6 weeks, and the wheels usually take 6-16 weeks to be shipped out.
We appreciate your support during these difficult times, but we have to ask everyone making the purchase to be extra patient.

How long it takes to produce the pre-ordered part

If we don't have parts in stock (for example, you are pre-ordering newly-designed item), the lead time may be up to 3 months.
Some specific orders may require up to 6 months to be made. This will be discussed separately.

Import taxes

We ship our products worldwide from one of our EU warehouses (Czech Republic or Belgium).
Note, that your order may become a subject of import taxes. Any customs duties and similar public charges shall be paid by the customer.
If you have any specific limitations, please ask us to help you manage with them.


When your order will be shipped, you'll get an International Tracking number to your e-mail. When the parcel arrives to your country, it can be tracked via local post operator's website.

How much costs the shipping

We usually charge 9-17 USD for small orders (chainring, cog, lockring).
Hubs and batch orders are a subject for 30-50 USD charge.

What kind of addresses do we ship

Due to a massive number of fraud cases, we only ship to private (residential) or business addresses, which you're affiliated with. We do not ship to freight forwarders, shipping companies, P.O. boxes, someone else addresses, or vacant properties. We're not liable for any kind of loss if shipped to one of those addresses.
