Raketa Supersport Сhainring
World-class level track chainring
We originally developed this chainring for world-class competition, with a special focus on the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
After months of development and testing by world champions, the Raketa Supersport chainring is now available to the public.
Raketa 200 BCD cranksets were used to set an impressive World Record:
— Women’s Flying 200 m — 9.976 s (set by Yuan Liying, 15.03.2025) — the first woman ever under 10 seconds.
The Raketa Supersport chainring was engineered using FEM analysis to achieve the optimal stiffness-to-weight ratio. The backside features a honeycomb structure, individually calculated for each size, to maximize stiffness while minimizing weight. The front side is aerodynamically optimized for racing conditions.
As a result, this is the stiffest chainring on the market, and likely the lightest large-sized alloy chainring as well. On average, it is 10% stiffer than the Sugino Zen. The Supersport chainring easily withstands power outputs of over 2500 watts, as produced by the world’s top male sprinters.
At the same time, thanks to advanced machining, even the 60T version weighs under 200 grams.
The tooth profile was developed from our experience in producing Raketa Pro track cogs. The mirror-polished teeth of the Supersport chainring minimize friction, ensuring unmatched drivetrain smoothness. Pair it with a Raketa Pro cog for performance as seamless as a submarine’s operation.
The Raketa Supersport chainring is manufactured from 7075-T6 aluminum — the strongest alloy of its kind.
Available in sizes from 47T to 63T, in all Raketa anodized colors.
Compatible exclusively with 1/8" chains and 144 mm BCD cranksets.
Please always ensure that oversized chainrings are compatible with your frame’s clearance.

The best chainring I've ever used
By Alex Norton January 29, 2023 06:00I am very pleased with my Raketa Supersport chainring. The teeth are smooth and well-polished, providing a smooth and efficient pedaling experience. The material is durable and has held up well over time. The design is sleek and gives a good aesthetic look to my bike. I have been using it for several months now and it still looks and performs like new. I have noticed a significant reduction in noise while pedaling. I would highly recommend this product to any track cyclist looking for a high-quality chainring.

Love this Chainring
By Jean Gonzalez November 13, 2021 02:30I've been using the Supersport Chainring for a couple of months now with the omnium crankset, and all I can say is wow, this chainring is really smooth.
I cannot emphasize enough how well this chainring handles and how smooth the ride is!
